Pike Street Hospitality Group (PSHG) is a Seattle based restaurant group which owns and operates restaurants, does food and beverage consulting work and also helps people buy, sell and lease restaurants in the Puget Sound Area.
PSHG has created their own concepts, designed them and built them out (Rumba and Inside Passage) and has also taken over existing restaurants and improved upon them (Agua Verde Café and Tango Restaurant).
One strength of the company is creating a concept to meet the needs of the location and neighborhood instead of trying to force one specific concept into a location. When taking over existing restaurants, PSHG is looking for iconic restaurants with unique, high volume locations.
PSHG also has done consulting in the Seattle area and has helped many people buy, sell and lease restaurants in the Seattle and Puget Sound area.
AGUA VERDE Café
Located on the Portage Bay waterfront on the UW campus, Agua Verde Café has been the “go to” spot to grab Baja style tacos, burritos and margaritas in Seattle for over 20 years. Easily accessible by car, bike, boat and light rail, Agua Verde Café is a mini vacation in the middle of Seattle.
RUMBA
We make delicious rum-forward and balanced craft cocktails with our freshly squeezed juices, house-made syrups, and sourced best-quality ingredients. Our drinks are flavorful, focused and never too sweet.
Our food menu is designed to showcase pan-Caribbean island flavors. Come try our Jamaican Curried Goat, Cubano Sandwich, or our always popular fresh baked empanadas!
Marina Cantina
On the East Side of Agua Verde Café with entry by the water is our hidden gem! The Agua Verde Marina Cantina. Looking to dine outside within feet of the waterfront? This is where you want to be! The Marina Cantina serves many of Agua Verde Café’s favorite foods from the Marina Cantina food truck. Cocktails and other drinks are available from our Marina Cantina bar.
